What cookies and local storage are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. There are also similar technologies, such as local storage (localStorage), which serve a similar purpose. The law (Article 22(2) of Ley 34/2002 de Servicios de la Sociedad de la Información y de Comercio Electrónico, LSSI-CE, Spanish Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce) requires us to inform you and ask for your consent, except where they are strictly necessary to provide the service you request.
What we use on this site
We currently do not use our own cookies, nor analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. We only use strictly necessary technical storage in your browser:
| Item | Type | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
Quote form draft (localStorage, key mll-presupuesto) |
First-party, technical | Saves what you have typed at each step of the form in your browser so you do not lose it if you reload or close the page. It is not sent to our servers until you press “Send”. | Deleted when you submit the form, and it expires after 4 hours: if you reload the page after that time, it is discarded. |
Entry page and campaign parameters (sessionStorage, keys mll-entrada, mll-utm_source, mll-utm_medium, mll-utm_campaign, mll-utm_term and mll-utm_content) |
First-party, technical | Saves the page you came in through and the campaign parameters in the web address (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term and utm_content), if any, so that we can attach to the quote form where the request came from. |
Deleted when you close the tab. |
Because this storage is strictly necessary for the service you request, it is exempt from consent, which is why we do not show a cookie banner.
Third-party services
The site is hosted on Netlify, which may log technical connection data (such as the IP address) for security and operational reasons. No advertising or analytics cookies are installed. More information in the Privacy Policy.
Google Map. On the home page (and on any page where the map appears) we show a preview with the address and a “Load map” button, with the notice “Loading the map lets Google use cookies.”. The Google map is only loaded if you press that button; until then the page does not connect to Google. Once loaded, Google may install third-party cookies in your browser, and Google’s privacy policy and cookie policy apply. There is also an “Open in Google Maps” link, which opens Google in another tab.
How to manage and delete storage
You can block or delete cookies and site data from your browser settings. If you do, you will lose the saved form draft and the entry-page data, but the site will keep working. Official guides:
If you use another browser, please check its official documentation.
Changes to this policy
If in future we add measurement cookies or other non-essential ones, we will update this policy and ask for your consent before activating them. The date of the last update appears at the top of this page: 24 October 2026.
