Tell us about your event
Fill in the form with the type of event, the date, the number of guests and the venue, and we will send you the option that best suits what you need. There are three steps: your event, the details and your contact details. If it is for your company, you can also tell us whether the service is weekly or monthly.
You do not need to have everything decided. If you are torn between a breakfast and a cocktail reception, or you do not know how many of you there will be, tell us what you have and we will work it out together. If you would like to get to know us first, see who we are or what we do.
What happens after you send your request
When you submit the form, your request reaches us with all the details in order. We review it, contact you by phone or email if anything is missing and send you a quote with the menu, format and service tailored to your event and your guests. We reply to your quote request within 24–48 h.
- We receive your request and you see a confirmation on screen that it has gone through.
- We review it and, if anything is unclear, we call or write to you.
- We send you the proposal with the menu and service tailored to your event.
- We fine-tune it with you until it fits.

You can call or write to us, although the most convenient way to tailor a proposal is the form, because it gathers in a single message everything we need to know about your event: date, guests, venue and format.

How to contact us
You can email us at info@marialluch.com or send the form, and we reply to your quote request within 24–48 h. If you would rather speak to a person, call us on +34 680 78 73 26. We recommend requesting it at least 72 hours in advance; on high-demand dates, with more time. If your event is coming up soon, say so in the subject line or the message so that we can prioritise it.
