What we handle for your company

We’re a Madrid caterer specialising in company events: office breakfasts, working lunches, drinks receptions and live cooking. Menus are adapted to the group and, when the format calls for it, we bring kitchen and waiting staff. We work in Madrid city and nearby towns (Alcobendas, Pozuelo, Las Rozas…), and at weekends with prior coordination. We take care of everything: transport, set-up, tableware, waiting staff if you need them and clearing away afterwards.

Your company’s image shows in every detail, and we know it: breakfast arriving on time, a table that looks cared for and your clients leaving with a good impression. Your team stays focused on what matters: the meeting or the event.

Behind the service is a stable team of kitchen, logistics and front-of-house staff, and María Lluch Careaga, who founded the business in late 2019; you can meet María and the team. Whatever you need, the first step is to tell us what you’re planning.

Formats: office breakfast, working lunch, drinks reception and live cooking

For companies we work with four main formats: breakfasts and coffee breaks, buffet working lunches, standing cocktail lunches and live cooking, plus vino español, a light reception to round off an event. All of them adapt to the number of guests, the space and the duration. Not sure which suits you? We’ll advise based on the occasion.

Format What it’s for When it works best
Office breakfast and coffee break Kicking off a meeting, a training session or a working day with sweet and savoury bites First thing or mid-morning
Working lunch (buffet) A relaxed, easy lunch, nicely presented Training days, team lunches, company celebrations
Cocktail lunch Replacing a formal lunch with a variety of bites, served by staff Events where you want people to talk and move around
Vino español Light bites to round off an event Conferences, product presentations, openings
Live cooking Chefs cooking in front of your team or guests, as an experience Corporate events and special dinners

Office breakfasts. Designed for working meetings, coffee breaks and corporate get-togethers, in sweet and savoury versions, with items such as croissants or fruit skewers. Options and quantities are set out in detail on our page about office breakfasts and coffee breaks in Madrid.

Buffet working lunch. The easy option for relaxed lunches, training days or company celebrations. It combines convenience, quality and careful presentation, and everyone helps themselves without breaking off the conversation.

Cocktail lunch. A lively, elegant format that is increasingly popular at corporate events. It gets guests mingling in a relaxed atmosphere without sacrificing style or the quality of the food. If your celebration isn’t a work event, see our event catering in Madrid.

Vino español. A light-bites reception to round off conferences, product presentations or openings in style.

Live cooking. Our chefs cook in front of your guests. Their speciality is Mexican and Peruvian food (tacos made to order, ceviches, aguachiles), and they also cook Mediterranean, Asian, Italian and vegetarian menus. It turns a corporate event into an experience: find out more about live cooking for companies.

Know which format you want? Request information or a quote with the date and the number of guests. We’ll reply to your quote within 24–48 h. If your date falls in a fair week or a long weekend, such as FITUR or the December long weekend, it pays to settle it early.

Occasions: meetings, training, launches, afterwork drinks and year-end

Corporate catering works for any moment when your team, clients or partners get together and the food matters: meetings, training sessions, product launches, afterwork drinks and end-of-year celebrations. We adapt the format to the timing, the space available and the impression you want each occasion to make.

  • Catering for business meetings in Madrid: an office breakfast or a simple lunch that arrives in the meeting room ready to serve, without anyone on your team having to organise it.
  • Training sessions and full-day events: a mid-morning break and a buffet lunch, so the day keeps its pace.
  • Product launches and presentations: a cocktail lunch or vino español to welcome guests at a standard that matches the occasion.
  • Afterwork drinks and team celebrations: an informal drinks reception to end the week or mark a milestone.
  • Year-end: your office Christmas party in Madrid; request your proposal on our page on Christmas party catering for companies.

Catering for your office

Office catering in Madrid saves time and travel. The food comes to you, and nobody loses the morning hunting for a supplier, booking a table or rushing out for lunch. It’s especially handy for client meetings, long sessions and days when the whole team is in.

If you just need food delivered, without waiting staff, our catering delivery menu of starters, sharing boards and desserts also goes to offices.

If you are comparing caterers, these are the 12 questions to ask before you choose one; and for meetings and training days, here is what to serve by session length.

Companies we work with

We have worked on everything from meetings and presentations to large corporate events. In their reviews, our clients highlight how quickly we respond, the personal service and the quality of the food, and our Google rating is 5.0 out of 5.

Here’s how one client puts it on Google:

«Lo que más nos gustó fue lo rápido que respondieron, siempre ofreciendo soluciones y adaptándose a lo que necesitábamos. Además, el trato fue súper cercano y amable.» [“What we liked most was how quickly they replied, always offering solutions and adapting to what we needed. The service was also really warm and friendly.” (translated)] — Laura C.

How it works: brief, quote, confirmation and delivery

Booking catering for your company takes four steps. You tell us the format, date, time, venue, number of guests and dietary needs. We send a quote with the menu and service. We confirm timings and invoicing details, then deliver to your office or venue at the agreed time. You only need one contact person on your side.

  1. Brief. Fill in the quote form or give us a call with the type of event, date, time, number of guests, venue and any allergies or dietary requirements.
  2. Quote. We send the option that best fits what you’ve told us: menu, format and service. If anything doesn’t work for you, we adjust it. We’ll reply to your quote within 24–48 h.
  3. Confirmation. We confirm the menu, timings, delivery details and invoicing details. We’ll explain the next steps with the proposal.
  4. Delivery. We arrive at the agreed place at the agreed time and deliver the service. We’ll tell you what each service includes in the proposal.

What the price depends on

The price of corporate catering depends on the number of guests, the format, the duration, the ingredients and the service. There’s no flat rate, because two events of the same size can need very different things. After the brief, we send you the option that best fits your event.

What drives the quote, from most to least important:

Factor How it affects the price
Number of guests Sets the volume of production and the logistics
Format A breakfast, a buffet, a cocktail lunch and a seated meal are different services
Duration and time of day A one-hour breakfast is not the same as a three-hour lunch
Ingredients Premium ingredients (Iberian ham, porcini, truffle, foie gras, king prawns) raise the cost per piece
Service Waiting staff, setup and tableware change the price depending on what each event needs
Venue and access Your own office or an outside venue and loading access all affect the setup

Our guide, with examples of quantities per person and per format, shows how the price is worked out and how many pieces to order.

Every company needs something different, so we prefer to tailor the quote to your case. Request information or a quote with the format, date and number of guests. If you need to present it within your company, you’ll find everything in our corporate catering dossier.

Allergens, invoices and recurring orders

Before booking, purchasing and admin teams usually ask how allergens are handled, how the company is invoiced, whether the order can be repeated and what the minimum is. Here’s what we can already tell you about each, and what we’ll pin down with you in the proposal.

Allergens and intolerances. Every dish has its own allergen sheet; tell us about any allergies and intolerances and we’ll adapt the menu. The menu includes vegetarian and vegan dishes.

Invoice to the company. We invoice your company in its name. You can give us your invoicing details in the quote form.

Recurring orders. If you need a recurring service, tell us and we’ll look at it with you.

Minimum order and notice. The minimum order depends on the service; we’ll confirm it in the quote. We recommend requesting it at least 72 hours in advance; on high-demand dates, with more time.

Request information or a quote

Tell us what you’re planning, for how many people, when and where, and we’ll come back with an option designed for your company. The more detail you give us at the start, the more accurate the first quote will be. We’ll reply to your quote within 24–48 h.

To get it right first time, it helps to know:

  • The type of event and the format you have in mind.
  • Date, time and duration.
  • Number of guests.
  • Venue (your office or an outside space).
  • Allergies, intolerances and special diets.
  • Your company’s registered name and invoicing requirements, if you have them to hand.

Request information or a quote for your company or see the rest of our services. If another page fits your plans better, we also have office breakfasts, event catering, live cooking and the office Christmas party.

Frequently asked questions

What is corporate catering?

Corporate catering is food and drink prepared by an outside supplier and brought to a company: anything from an office breakfast or coffee break to a team lunch, a drinks reception or a corporate event. Companies use it to save their team time, protect their image and look after clients, employees and partners properly.

What are the main types of corporate catering?

The most common are the office breakfast or coffee break, the buffet lunch, the cocktail lunch, vino español to round off an event, and live cooking, where chefs cook in front of your guests. Each format suits a different occasion: the table on this page sums up what each one is for and when it works best.

How much does corporate catering cost for 50 or 100 guests?

There's no single figure, but you can pin down the quantity, and that weighs most on the price. As a rough industry benchmark, a coffee break for 50 people comes to about 150 pieces and a cocktail lunch replacing the meal to about 700; for 100 people, 300 and 1,400. The price of your event depends on the format, the number of people and the staff, and is confirmed in the quote. The method and calculator are in our [catering prices guide](/en/catering-prices-madrid/); for your case, request information or a quote in the form and we'll reply to your quote within 24–48 h.

Can we book a recurring service for the office?

If you need a recurring service, for example breakfasts or team lunches on a regular basis, tell us in the form and we'll talk it through with you.

Do you invoice the company?

We invoice your company in its name. Give us your invoicing details in the quote form.

Do you handle allergens and intolerances?

Every dish has its own allergen sheet; tell us about any allergies and intolerances and we'll adapt the menu. The menu has vegetarian and vegan dishes, such as hummus with crudités, vegan spring rolls or vegetarian mini samosas.

Can you serve any district or office in Madrid?

We serve Madrid city and nearby towns (Alcobendas, Pozuelo, Las Rozas…), and weekends with prior coordination. Give us the address of your office or venue when you request a quote, and we'll confirm whether access or loading and unloading needs planning.
