All Saints’ Day (Todos los Santos) falls on a Sunday in 2026 (1 November), so the Community of Madrid moves the holiday to Monday 2 November. This is set by Decree 75/2025, published in the BOCM of 25 September 2025.
The result is a three-day long weekend: Saturday 31 October, Sunday 1 and Monday 2. For a Madrid office, that means Monday is a day off, and Friday 30 may see lower attendance than usual, especially at in-person meetings or team lunches. A week later, Monday 9 is a local holiday in Madrid city for the Almudena.
If you need to organise an event around those dates, it is wise to avoid the Friday before and the Tuesday after for large gatherings, and to confirm attendance as early as possible. An office breakfast first thing on Tuesday 3 can be a good way to bring the team back together, but book ahead. Tell us what you have in mind through our contact page.
