The St Joseph holiday (San José) falls on Friday 19 March 2027 and applies across the Community of Madrid, under Decree 82/2026 published in the BOCM on 1 October 2026. Together with the weekend, it makes a three-day long weekend (a “puente”), from 19 to 21 March.

Only six days later comes Easter, with Holy Thursday (Jueves Santo) and Good Friday (Viernes Santo) on 25 and 26 March, so March 2027 is a fragmented month for corporate diaries (IFEMA also hosts Winemad from 15 to 17 March). If you need to bring a team or clients together, the safest window is Monday 1 to Thursday 18 March; from 22 to 24 March, keep it to small meetings.

For events with food, such as a working lunch or a launch breakfast, book several weeks ahead and confirm the number of guests as soon as you can. You can see our corporate catering options or tell us your date through our contact page.
