ARCOmadrid, the contemporary art fair, will run from Wednesday 3 to Sunday 7 March 2027 at IFEMA MADRID, according to the official website. The main page does not say which days are trade-only and which are open to the public; IFEMA refers visitors to its opening times and activities page, which is worth checking.

During that week Madrid welcomes collectors, gallery owners and visitors, with more activity in galleries, hotels and restaurants. If you are organising events or client lunches on those dates, expect more demand for venues and more traffic around the fairground.

For a more upmarket corporate event, such as a client drinks reception, the cultural buzz that week works in your favour, but book early. If you would rather avoid the crowds, the week of 22 February is a quieter option. Have a look at our corporate catering and write to us from our contact page.
