Anuga Select Ibérica bills itself as Madrid’s first general food trade fair. It runs from Tuesday 16 to Thursday 18 February 2027 at IFEMA MADRID and takes up four halls. The official website describes it as an international business and networking platform.

If you are an office manager in food, hospitality or distribution, it is a chance to compare suppliers, catch up on new products and meet contacts. For everyone else, it means more professional visitors in Madrid that week, and more demand for hotels and restaurants. Madrid Fusión runs before it (1 to 3 February) and ARCOmadrid after it (3 to 7 March).
