Madrid Fusión Alimentos de España holds its 25th edition at IFEMA MADRID from Monday 1 to Wednesday 3 February 2027. According to the official website, it combines a congress and an exhibition, with talks by chefs, trend presentations and networking, under the motto “El cliente toma el mando” (“The customer takes charge”). It covers around 25,000 m².

It is the key event for professional gastronomy in Madrid, so demand for restaurants, hotels and venues rises on those days and hospitality suppliers’ diaries fill up. It comes right after FITUR (20 to 24 January) and before Anuga Select Ibérica (16 to 18 February). If you are organising an event with food that week, book as early as you can.
